Dinged. Mostly mint with minor handling or transit wear. Small rips or tears under ½ inch and minor corner dings are fine at a reduced rate, as long as the damage is localized and doesn't obscure the product name, expiration date or box count.
Acceptable damage. Larger defects that don't compromise the contents — surface cuts that don't penetrate the cardboard, larger corner dents, or peeling of the outer layer that doesn't hide key info. Small incidental ink or marker marks are okay; do not try to clean them, as smudging can cause a rejection.
Can't accept. Any sign of seal damage, shifting, stretching or tearing; severe structural damage or smashed boxes; illegible information; moisture, water stains, warping, mold or pest activity; strong smoke or chemical odors; food or organic stains (even small ones); punctures large enough to insert or remove contents; or any intentional writing such as names, initials, symbols or dates. Recalled lots are also declined.

Yes. It's legal to sell sealed, unexpired diabetic supplies you bought out of pocket. The one hard rule: supplies paid for by Medicare or Medicaid can't be resold — those carry an orange or red label, and we screen every box for them.
We inspect and approve boxes the same business day they arrive. Digital payments (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, direct deposit) go out the same day; mailed checks take a few business days.
Sealed and unopened, in original packaging, with at least 3 months before expiration. Minor cosmetic wear may slightly lower the payout; opened, damaged or water-stained boxes can't be accepted.
Never. Choose a free prepaid USPS, UPS or FedEx label — with USPS you can even use a QR code at the Post Office counter, no printer needed — or have a prepaid mailing kit sent to your door. Shipping is always on us.
